Q: Can I order a video of the whole show?
A: Every performer is the owner of his/her videotaped material, and we are not allowed to sell their footage. Comedians who wish to purchase a video of their individual sets may do so either at the club or on the website under the "comedians" tab.
 
Q: LOST & FOUND: I was in your club a few days ago and I lost my sunglasses?
A:  No problem, we do have a lost and found. Just give us a phone call 818-845-9721 and leave your name, phone, email and description of your lost item. We will do our best to find it and return it to you asap. We do clean our showrooms immediately after each show and put any personal items found into our lost and found box in our Ticketbooth. We only hold items for 60 days, after that we donate those items to the local thrift store.
 
Q: TICKETS: Do we need to buy tickets together in order to sit together, or is seating assigned when we arrive? A: You can all purchase your tickets separately online, be sure and note that you are with a large party of 10 etc. But don't worry you will all be able to sit together no problem, as long as you arrive EARLY. We do have open seating, so we suggest having your entire party arrive 90 minutes prior to showtime, that way we can seat you all together. Our showrooms are designed for large groups and parties, we look forward to having you.

Q: FOOD & BEVERAGE: Is there a drink or item Minimum?
A:  Yes, we have a two item minimum (Any combination of food or drink, So come early and grab some great seats for the show and eat or drink before the close to showtime rush. We have an amazing full restaurant menu.
 
Q: DRESS CODE: What do we wear?
A:  Clothing....you can pretty much wear whatever you want, but alot of people dress in swanky attire. We are air conditioned and tend to keep it on the cooler side.
 
Q: FLAPPERS UNIVERSITY Do you teach Comedy Classes?
A:  Yes we do, Stand up Comedy, Improv, for Kids, Teens and Adults, We also teach Podcasting, Business of Comedy, Marketing and Promoting, Late Night Writing Class. Q: PARKING: Where do we park?
A:  Both our locations have FREE PARKING. In Burbank we suggest parking at Ashley Furniture or Sears directly across the street from us. There are tons of FREE parking lots in downtown. In Claremont there is a FREE Parking Lot at the corner of Indian Hill and First Street just outside the packing house.
 
Q: FUNDRAISING: We have a non-profit organization and would like to hold a fundraiser at your location?
A:  We are super experienced at Fundraising, in fact we've raised over 100,000 for non profit's since we opened in 2008. Just send us an Email to Fundraising@flapperscomedy.com. and we'll send you all the details, and pick a date and make your organization some money.
 
Q: SHOWS: What's going on tonight?

Q: DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS: How do I get free or discount tickets?
A:  You can visit one of our Speakeasy locations around town. Those are local businesses that we work with that post our upcoming events flyers and hand out 2 for 1 tickets for us. Go to Flappers Comedy and Visit the Speakseays page to get a complete list.
 
Q: TICKETS: I have a 2 for 1 or Complimentary General Admission Ticket, how do I redeem it?
A:  All general admission physical tickets or 2 for 1 coupons that are not pre-paid must be redeemed at the door. We suggest that you arrive 90 minute prior to showtime to redeem your tickets. You can call or make a reservation but, a reservation still does not guarantee seating. Only a pre-purchased ticket guarantees a seat. You must present your tickets at the door to redeem.
 
Q: TICKETS: It's one hour prior to showtime and I can't buy tickets online?
A:  That's true, so our ticket folks can manage all the prepaid tickets. But if you would like to call us we can take your order over the phone 818-845-9721 to assure that you get tickets. Or you can purchases tickets at the door as long as we are not sold out.
 
Q: TICKETS: I have purchased my tickets online or with you over the phone, but I'm running late can I reserve my seat?
A:  Yes, as long as you have prepaid tickets, you can call us and we'll hold a table for you.
 
Q: TICKETS: What's the difference between a reservation and a Pre-Purchased Ticket?
A:  A reservation simply tells us that you will be attending, but does not guarantee a seat. Only a pre-purchased ticket guarantees a seat.
 
Q: TICKETS: I purchased my tickets online and received an email are you mailing me tickets?
A:  All our tickets are virtual, that means if you have purchased tickets you are already on our pre-paid list, so all you have to do is check in at the door with your Name, and ID so we know it's you and you're all set. Your email confirmation is your Tickets.

Q: DISCOUNTS & COUPONS I purchased a Groupon or other discount ticket online? How do I redeem it with Flappers?
A:  Any online coupon or ticket you purchase from Groupon or any other ticket vendor will have a purchase order or some kind of number of it. We suggest calling us ahead of time and providing us with the Groupon number or ticket number, so we can book your tickets as pre-purchased and send you a confirmation of your actual Flappers tickets. 818-845-9721.

Q: SPECIAL EVENTS: I have a large group or party I would to plan at your location, how do I do that?
A:  Please ask for a Special Events Package when you come into Flappers or call 818-845-9721 or email specialevents@flapperscomedy.com to speak with our Special events coordinator. We are the perfect place to have a party. Check out our Special Events menu.
 
Q: HIRING: Are you hiring?
A:  Yes, We are always looking for our next superstar employee. We are always looking for exeperienced Servers, Bartenders, Tickets , Sound, Promotions, Dishwashers and Line Cooks. We have open interviews with our hiring manager on Thursdays from 4pm-6pm. We suggest bringing a resume with you and coming down to Flappers Burbank Location at that time for an interview.

Q: SMOKING: Do you allow smoking?
A:  Smoking is not allowed anywhere in downtown Burbank. Smoking is also not allowed within 20 feet of any entrances or exits. We do encourage people if they wish to smoke to cross the street, by the Do not enter Signs, that area is technically Glendale, they can smoke there.
 
Q: HANDICAP/WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY: We have someone in a wheelchair, are you wheelchair/handicapped accessible?
A:  Absolutely, we have ADA doorways and bathrooms, in fact the way our room is designed, on a single level, we can accommodate 20 or more wheelchairs at a time, and they can sit at the same tables right next to their guests.
 
Q: COMEDIANS: I am a Comedian that was in one of your shows? How do I get a copy of my video?
A:  Thank you so much for requesting a video copy of your show. The quickest way to retrieve a copy of a show you performed in at Flappers Comedy Club is to request and purchase your video online. Q: COMEDIANS: If I have already auditioned for Uncle Clyde's Comedy Contest before and I want to get re-booked do I have to audition again?
A:  No, if were approved & participated in Uncle Clyde's before, just check the schedules and email us with your preferred dates.
 
Q: COMEDIANS: Uncle Clyde's Comedy Contest- I don't have a headshot and/or resume? Can I still audition?
A:  Yes you can, but a headshot helps us remember who you are and tells us more about where you've performed, so if you are serious about this business you should get one!
 
Q: FUNDRAISING: I am with a non-profit organization can you donate something for our Raffle?
A:  We would love to help! Just send us a formal request on Letterhead and send it to Fundraising@flapperscomedy.com.
 
Q: COMEDIANS: Uncle Clyde's Comedy Contest- I am out of town and/or I can't make an audition, but I would still like to be considered for any H2F's bookings, what can I do?

Q: COMEDIANS: Uncle Clyde's Comedy Contest- I just auditioned, how do I know if I made it or not?
A:  The day following your audition you will receive an email from H2F informing you if you have been approved/denied for Uncle Clyde's Comedy Contest. Once approved, you will receive a scheduling email for Uncle Clyde's asking you to either approve the specified date or select a different date.
