SCOUT DURWOOD is a recent LA transplant having spent the last five years in New York City. She is a chanteuse and comedienne as well as a founding member of Mighty Little Productions. Her one woman musical, "Hi, How Can I Help You?" debuted in August 2010 at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival and was developed thanks to a grant from Brooklyn Arts Exchange. Her work has been featured on The Howard Stern Show, CBS Radio, The Miss America Pageant, Comix Comedy Club, Gotham, Joe´s Pub, La Mama, Duane Park, Galapagos Art Space, and just about every venue in New York City with a stage and a mic. Bringing a bevy of sauce and seduction to each performance, Lucky DeLuxe is a modern-day Mae West, clearly speaks her mind, tickling her audience with a combination of sharp-wit and teasing sensuality. She is the premier entertainer successfully integrating burlesque routines into her stand-up comedy shows, introducing burlesque into mainstream comedy clubs. Her original spoken-word striptease routines have been compared to the legendary works of Gypsy Rose Lee. Lucky DeLuxe has been seen on such television shows as "Last Comic Standing", "Beverly Hills Brides", "Girls Behaving Badly" and "America´s Court", and has performed in many festivals, including the New York, New Orleans, Colorado, Kansas City and Show-Me Burlesque Festivals. Her second one-woman show, "Getting Lucky" won a "Best Of Fringe" venue award at the 2011 KC Fringe Festival. Her touring burlesque variety show, "Lucky´s DeLuxe Giggle-n-Grind", delights audiences nationwide, making a homebase at the Improv Comedy Club in Hollywood.
