Most recently, Shawn and a team from Hawaii- "ALOHA PLATE"- casted in Season 4 of "The Food Network´s No.2-ranked reality show, "The Great Food Truck Race." The season will premiering on Aug 18, 2013 - Finale on Sept 29 2013. The "ALOHA PLATE" food truck ended up winning the Season Four Competition-the finale of which was held in Washington, D.C--and Shawn and his team are currently starting up their own food truck business, with the goal of franchising and expanding their brand once they acquire more trucks. Kevin Seo was born in Anaheim, CA on August 28, 1988. He grew up a pretty normal kid, as he spent his time studying, reading, playing outside, and daydreaming. He even wanted to be a stand-up comic for a little after being fascinated with Jim Carrey and his movies. He went on to study at UCLA while pursuing a career in acting. After graduating, he delved into the world of nine-to-five but still tried to get back into comedy. Now, he's hitting up open mics and any comedy club to show that he can bring the laughs. Sam O was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, California. He really likes it there, he just wishes there were 100% less people around. Growing up, he knew he was Korean, but he didn´t know he was gay. Luckily there were other people there to constantly remind him of it. At 15 he decided to drop out of high school and pursue entertainment full time. Looking back he remarks "WTF was I on? Where were my parents?!"
He likes comedy but he's only doing it for the fame. He is a rising star because he goes to the same gym as a famous actor on a hit cable show, which merits him the title of "rising star".
