Leadership Burbank is a community-based organization that offers a nine-month leadership training program for people who live or work in Burbank.
Through a hands-on curriculum, leaders and emerging leaders have the opportunity to enhance their personal and professional skills, gain a deeper understanding of community dynamics, and build a network of colleagues and associates throughout our city.
It is hoped that graduates will use the insights and contacts they develop through this program to enhance performance in their current endeavors and to enrich the community by involvement with local civic, government, business, religious and/or nonprofit groups.

Comedian Geoff Keith HBO, COMEDY CENTRAL , COMICS UNLEASHED
Geoff Keith began performing stand up comedy at the end of 2003. Since then he has been making a name for himself and audiences and industry have both been taking notice. After Keith's first time on stage he walked off and heard an audience member saying, "remember that kid's name." He spent his first two years traveling all over Southern California every night driving over 100 miles per night just to get stage time. He performed at AA meetings, restaurants, swap meets, nudist colonies, bars, clubs, etc. Whether there were two people or 200 people he would make the drive. Miss Eagle appeared in an ABC Pilot with Jason Alexander and was the host of Comcast On Demand's UNConventional. She has been seen on The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Comedy Central and Byron Allen's Comics Unleashed, following which she became a contributing writer. She is most proud of the unique experience performing throughout Iraqi bases for the troops. She was showcased in HBO´s US Comedy Arts Festival in her solo show, Stones From Glass Houses followed by the second in the series, Mood Disorders: A Light-Hearted Romp Through Crippling Depression, featured at the Los Angeles Women´s Theatre Festival. An opener for Bo Burnham, Drew Lynch was an eager young actor and a classic "chatterbox", notorious for talking a mile a minute. Born in Indiana and raised in Las Vegas, he graduated from the Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts with aspirations of becoming a fully articulate film actor. Then something unimaginable happened; at only age 20, during a company softball game, Drew got hit in the throat with the ball causing his vocal chord to paralyze, turning his chattering into stuttering. This life changing injury sparked a passion for writing and performing Stand up Comedy, bringing to life the social hardships of dealing with a newly-found speech impediment. Born in the former Soviet Union, and raised by immigrant parents in San Francisco, Kira Soltanovich has plenty to laugh about. "Like most kids, my parents took me to Disneyland …not for the rides, for the lines. They assumed there´d be food at the end of them."
And whether it's stand-up comedy, sketch, hidden camera or improv, Kira keeps nightclub and television audiences laughing.
