The charming, self-deprecating "middle child" and "shy" brother who grew up in Bakersfield, CA, listening and idolizing Steve Martin , and observing how different he was from other stand up comedians. After receiving his AA degree from Taft College in the City of Taft a very small "One Stoplight" town, his Liberal Arts degree led him to an unfulfilling job in a video store. Looking for more excitement, "the never sang in public Bobby" auditioned and got cast in the musical "Hello Dolly." It was non-stop from then on, he began working as a performer for Princess Cruises in Alaska and ended up meeting a wife. Working summers in Alaska and winters in Aspen he caught wind of Flight of the Conchords and decided he too could write comedy music songs, and an occasional parody. Some of his titles include "The Rap, Batman, and I Lost My Virginity to Me."
