Paul is an official member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and is endorsed by The National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors (NADOI). Dog Whisperer Paul Owens has appeared on numerous radio and television programs, including PBS's Pets: Part of the Family and the nationally syndicated Pet Files. His articles and interviews have appeared in regional and national magazines and newspapers, including Life Magazine, Animal Wellness Magazine, The Pet Press, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, LA Parent, The Burbank Leader, and The APDT Chronicle of the Dog, among others.
