Brendon Walsh is originally from Philadelphia, PA, but started his comedy career in Austin, TX where he won the prestigious "Funniest Person In Austin" contest in 2004 and was voted "Best Stand-Up Comedian" in the Austin Chronicle´s "Readers Poll" in 2005 and 2006. In 2005 he performed at the Vancouver Comedy Festival and started touring the U.S. for the next three years performing at clubs, theaters and rock Venues opening for one of today's best and most controversial comedians, Doug Stanhope. During that time, Brendon also appeared on ABC´s "Jimmy Kimmel Live" as his original character, "Scary Monster" (a terrible monster stand up comedian), Comedy Central´s "Premium Blend", and season 4 of NBC´s "Last Comic Standing" where he was eliminated after only three episodes!
