Lance Allen was born at Michael Reese Hospital on the south side of Chicago on January 19 1986 to Orlando Sr. and Gayle and was the second and youngest of their children. At the tender age of three his mother realized that there was something extremely different about him. She thought he may have A.D.D. but after numerous doctor visits and tests all there was to be said is that he has a different kind of soul.
