Wes Martens could best be described as a curmudgeon in training. This east coast transplanted entrepreneur didn't start performing until he was fifty. "That´s when things
started to get funny". Wes' favorite topics include his marriage
of 39 years, getting older and the absurdities of modern life in general. After owning his own business for 30 years Wes decided to try his hand at acting. He has appeared in commercials, short films and various plays as well as his standup performances. All his combined endeavors have pretty much earned him squat.
Does he expect to be a star one day? Says Wes, "I have fantasies: but not delusions".
