Hello, my name is Jon Dean, and I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I am currently a sophomore at Loyola Marymount University studying animation. Whales in England was the second long term animation project I have ever worked on. Comedy is something I never envisioned myself being good at, but people have encouraged me to pursue this line of narration in my animations. I don't think I am any better at what I do than other artists, and the fact that I get recognized for the work I create is a miracle.
