Solange Castro is a stand up comic, playwright, actor and blogger. She graduated from Yale University and majored in English Literature. She has performed at The Comedy Store, Improv, Flappers, and opened for Maria Bamford. She produces the show "Standup Schtick," in Venice, CA featuring comics from Conan, Letterman and Ferguson. In 2012, Solange made it to the quarterfinals of the Funniest Female competition.
