Sarah has performed at various theaters and stand-up clubs around the country. She studied improv and sketch in Chicago for years before jumping into stand-up. Her one-woman show, "good crazy/bad crazy" was both "Highly Recommended" and "The Critic's Choice" by the Chicago Reader. Time Out calls King, "hilarious and unflappable" and named her the "#1 Don't Miss Show", "Best Bet", and "Critic's Pick." Centerstage said King's performance as her signature character, Mama Truth, evokes "Agnus from Jane Wagner's "Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe", and that she's a "brilliant young comedienne." Most importantly, she likes cheese.
