Paul Clay is an Emmy-nominated writer and comedian. He has written for talk-shows and sit-coms and developed pilots for all of the major television networks. Paul grew up in New Jersey. His high school motto was, "I could beat you up." He first went on stage when he was 19 at the Punchline in Atlanta, GA. By the time he was 21, he was opening for Vic Damone at Caeser´s Palace in Atlantic City, had been named by Showtime Television as the "Funniest person in Georgia," and was a regular at the Improv in Hollywood. He has performed at clubs, colleges, and showrooms around the country and appeared on Showtime and Evening at the Improv. He has written jokes for many fellow performers, including the President of the United States.
