Oscar Nunez portrays accountant Oscar Martinez on NBC's ´´The Office.´´
Born in Cuba and raised in Union City, New Jersey, Nunez started his comedy career by joining the Shock of the Funny improv troupe in New York. Nunez performed in theatre in New York and Washington D.C. before moving to Los Angeles in the mid 1990's, where he joined the Groundlings Theatre Company and performed in their Sunday Company.
Nunez's television credits include Malcolm in the Middle, 24, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Reno 911, The District and Mad TV. Most recently, Nunez created and sold a television pilot to Comedy Central titled Halfway Home. In film, he has appeared in The Italian Job, Reno 911: Miami, and When Do We Eat?"
Nunez currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife Carla and their mini-Schnauzer named Lila.
