Rick blends his naturally funny "fat kid" persona with a keen observation and a knack for sarcasm. Growing up in a small North Dakota town didn´t leave much room for growth so he left for college in New Mexico. He met his wife in college, and they´ve been married for 21 years. Rick has worked for the government, a variety of corporations and has had a few failed business ventures. An opportunity to leave West Texas and live in Phoenix was too tempting to pass up. Grabbing the opportunity in Phoenix to persue his love of making people laugh, Rick has embraced comedy with the tenacity of a big man on a doughnut and has enjoyed performing and weaving tales of his life, love and losses into his material.
