"Honest, human, fearless in their ability to take their own crazy lives and make them seem like mine!" -HFF 2017 Review
6 Babes, 1 Mic originated as part of the 2017 Hollywood Fringe Festival. It was initially produced by standup comedian, Ariana Howell, who really had no idea what she was doing, but somehow pulled it off. The show ran for two weekends, sold out both performances, and received rave reviews from festival critics and audience members alike. It began as a passion project between a small group of women who met while traveling through Tanzania, and grew through the network of Lisa Sundstedt's Pretty, Funny Women. This collective of dynamic, smart, hilarious comedians has since expanded, and now 12 babes will share the mic ... that's one lucky mic. 6 Babes, 1 Mic is co-produced by Lisa Sundstedt & Ariana Howell.
