Melvin Jackson Jr. was born on April 4th in Washington D.C. now resides in Los Angeles. He is known for his role as Bernard on the
HBO hit series "The Wire" & as The Bully on the hit CW show "Everybody Hates Chris". He is a talented actor, comedian, author of a poetry
Book, screenplay writer, TV/film producer, president/CEO of Urban Vision Entertainment. While still in college Melvin was working on The
Wire. He later graduated from Bowie State University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Arts degree.
At a young age he was destined for greatness living overseas for 8 & half years performing in talents show and always loving to entertain people. He starred in the film "Five K One" with Clifton Powell & AJ Johnson. Now Melvin is a series regular on the pilot "Blood Brothers",
& producing a cop drama & a movie that he wrote.
