Q: How old do you have to be to get in? Are you 21 and up?
A: We request that everyone be 18+ years of age and up for night shows because we can’t control what the comedians will say onstage. Our TWO MILK MINIMUM Family Friendly shows on Saturdays in Burbank and the first Sunday of every month at 4:30pm in Claremont is appropriate for all ages. We do not allow babies in the showroom unless its is during Two Milk Shows.

Q: We love Flappers! Are there any programs available to find out when big names are dropping in or for Special Offers and Discounts?
Yes! There are several ways:

  • Sign-up for our Mailing List for weekly updates and special offers!
  • Download our FlappApp for special offers on food and drinks!
  • Listen to our FlappCast for news about upcoming events and headliners!
  • Social Media: Like us on Facebook ! Follow us on Twitter and Instagram !
  • For celeb drop in alerts, you can text “Burbank” to 766-26 and opt in to our texting list! For our Claremont mailing list, text “Claremont” to 766-26.  We only send out two texts a week and if a HUGE celebrity drops in last minute!

Q: How many tickets are sold in that show- is it sold out do I have to pre-purchase Tickets?
A: We always suggest if you want to guarantee a seat that you pre-purchase your tickets. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

Q: Can I just make a reservation?
A: You can, but mostly we use that if you have a coupon or voucher that you need to present at the door or if you are paying cash. A reservation does not guarantee a seat; we suggest arriving at least an hour prior to show time to purchase your ticket. Only a pre-purchased ticket will guarantee a seat.

Q: When should I arrive?
A: Our Box Office opens one hour prior to show time. Once you are checked in you may take your seats and begin enjoying dinner and drinks.

Q: I’m arriving late, what should I do?
A: If no one is at the front desk please call (909) 542-0133 and one of our friendly staff members will escort you inside.

Q: I bought tickets for a show and I can’t go anymore. Can I get a refund?
A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets. However, AS A COURTESY we’d be happy to move your tickets to another show of the same value. (OR IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT SHOW YOU WANT TO SWITCH TO) We’d be happy to mail you some general admission tickets that are good for any show except special events in RED.

Q: I bought tickets and I want to move them to a different show time.
A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets. However, AS A COURTESY We can move your tickets to another show of the same value as long as there are available seats.

Q: Are you hiring?
A: We are always accepting applications. You can send your resume to We also hold open interviews every Thursday from 4-5pm in the main lobby at the Burbank Location.

Q: Can I get a recording of the entire show?
A: All the performers own their own material, and we are not allowed to sell you a comedian’s footage without their permission. But you can also purchase a DVD or merchandise directly from the comedian.

Q: My friend is performing. Can I record his/her set?
A: There is no outside recording of any kind for a variety of reasons from copyright issues to the fact that someone recording distracts from the show.

Q: Are the comedians funny?
A: Yes! We’ve been fortunate to have a LOT of amazing comedians grace our stages. We pride ourselves on finding and developing new talent, but we’ve also had big names such as Kevin Hart, Bill Burr, Whitney Cummings, Dana Carvey, Cristela Alonzo, Damon Wayans, Jim Jefferies, Ray Romano, Christopher Titus, Jimmy Dore and a LOT more, grace our stages! Check our YouTube channel for our celeb guests and our great up-and-coming comedians!

Q: What’s going on tonight?

Q: I have a group of 10 or more, can we all sit together?
A: Yes, our seating is open, but you should all arrive at the same time. Are you celebrating anything special?
