After Fourteen Months of COVID Closure, Flappers Comedy Club Announces Grand Reopening June 15th, 2021
Burbank, CA Flappers Comedy Club and Restaurant will once again celebrate the repeal of prohibition on June 15th, 2021 with national headliners, Flappers Favorites, and surprise guests. The reopening comes over a year after COVID-19 forced local Burbank owners Barbara Holliday and Dave Reinitz to adapt their business to survive the lockdowns by converting their shows and classes to online events and by delivering meals to seniors in need (thanks to the California Great Plates program, sponsored by the state of California and FEMA). The Grand Opening will be preceded by two weeks of reduced -capacity soft-opening shows, featuring celebrity drop in guests and Flappers Favorites.
