This stony, joke slinging rabble rouser has been delighting audiences for years with his high energy and eclectic take on the weird world around us.
His comedy career began as just another way for the long time theater nerd to get his stage fix, but he soon found that stand-up was his greatest passion and only actual skill.
Clay has also opened for Eric Andre, Sheng Wang, Tom Rhodes, Mathew Broussard, and Joe Bartnick. Though he is usually a sweet boy, Clay can be sassy when he needs to be and has hosted the roasts of Dustin Diamond and Broke Ass Stuart.

He can be seen in the comedy “Daddy’s Home 2” starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg as well as an episode of Tracy Morgan’s show “The Last O.G.” His YouTube page, “Simply Unemployable” is a Channel Partner on Broadway Video’s Digital Studio “Above Average Productions” where he’s released web series such as “Portrait STUdio” and “Congressional Hearings.” Matt wrote and directed the sketch, “Sex in a Haunted House” which is currently at 100+ million views on YouTube as a Comedy Central Original. He can be seen performing all around Los Angeles including his shows The Last Video Store at Lyric Hyperion and “ill-prepared” at the Hollywood Improv.
